The Fringe tree is probably one of the least known native trees that we grow. This tree is native to the Eastern United States and has some unique characteristics that make it a great alternative to ornamental pears, dogwoods or any ornamental variety for that matter. The tree is very hardy and a beautiful specimen. In the Spring, it sports white flowers that have a fleecy look to them that cover the tree.
