The Green Mountain Sugar Maple is a vigorous grower that develops a broad oval shape with thick dark green leaves. It is the hardiest Sugar Maple available making it a good choice for northern areas but also tolerates hot weather and resists scorch. It has the most reliable fall color turning shades of red and orange in the fall.
