We want you to be satisfied with your plants and nursery products.

Living plants: Due to the nature of live plants, we generally cannot accept returns of plants once they leave our nursery, except when a plant arrives damaged or is clearly not as described. Contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with photos so we can help.

Non-plant merchandise: Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, unless marked final sale.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
