City Sprite® Zelkova Tree
Zelkova serrata 'JFS-KW1' PP20996
City Sprite® Zelkova is a compact, dense, semi-dwarf Japanese zelkova for small lots and tight urban spaces. Despite its modest size, growth is fast, topping out near 24 feet tall and 18 feet wide in USDA Zone 5. The small canopy needs less pruning than larger zelkova street trees. Summer leaves form a full, even outline suited to courtyards and narrow parkways. Fall color is yellow.
